I quit smoking a week ago today. I've got the worst insomnia, heartburn and incredibly bloated. I had fashioned horrible cravings one day for a cigarette, but I allow it ride, did some deep breathing, it helped! I'm creating a great deal of very weird dreams, which is kinda fun. No matter what, I am going to not quit. I've smoked for maybe 35 year's, stop some time's, and hated myself while i went back. This is one of the hardest thing's I've ever had to go through, but I'm very stubborn, so I'll use this to my non smoking benefit. Don't give up yourself, love yourself, because smoking is definately not loving ourselves. Continue pushing on my friend's!!
